Contact card builder: the first message that gets a real answer
Sellers answer specificity. This builder assembles a message with the four things that decide whether an order goes right: album host, exact row title, size and colour, and a QC request. Fill what you know; empty fields are simply left out.
The first message is where most orders quietly fail
Almost every dispute in this market starts as an ambiguity, not a scam. Two rows share the same silhouette, a size is written in two systems, a colourway is named one way in the album and another way in the chat, or the QC request arrives after the parcel has been packed. None of those are dishonest. They are just easy.
The fields above exist to make the easy mistake hard. Host, exact row title, size, colour and the QC list turn a conversation into a specification. Paste the generated text as it is, and read the reply against it field by field: if one item comes back unanswered, that is not a detail to sort out later — it is the thing to sort out now, before any money moves.
Keep the generated text even after the order closes. It is the only written record of what you asked for, and it is the first thing an agent will ask you to paste when a parcel goes missing.
Messaging questions
Should I write in English or Chinese?
English works with every store profiled here, and their agents translate. If you have Chinese, use it for size and colour words — album titles often mix both.
What if the seller only sends new photos when I ask twice?
That is normal: photo sets are taken on request. Ask once with the list, and keep the request in the same thread so the order history is unambiguous.
Do I need to mention the agent at this stage?
Only if you are ordering through one. Say which platform (Weidian/Taobao) so the seller sends the right link rather than a chat price.
Got the code? Check it against a live catalogue page
The listing partner keeps product pages up so you can confirm a code and a photo before you message anyone about it.
