What is in the message when you press build

A subject line of the form [Correction] koala yupoo host dead, then the topic, your name, the host, the page on this site, your text, and a line saying the note came from the contact composer. That is all the mail client receives. No address book data, no tracking identifier, nothing stored here.

What makes a fix go out fast

The corrections that take one pass are the ones that need no interpretation. A host string plus a status code is a fact we can act on; “the shop does not work” is a question we have to ask again, and that round trip costs a week.

  • The exact host string, spelled as the URL shows it. Names repeat across operators; hosts do not.
  • The status you saw, with a number: 404, 403, a redirect to a parking page, or a TLS error.
  • The date and time you checked, and whether you were on mobile data, home broadband or a work network.
  • A screenshot of the storefront header, or the folder list that contradicts what we wrote.
  • Which page on this site you are talking about, so the fix lands on the right record.
  • For a listing request: what the store carries, how a buyer contacts it, and where you found it.

Seller-side enquiries follow the same rule. We will not pass your contact details to a supplier, we do not act as an intermediary in a dispute, and we will not forward an order. If a store’s own printed contact is unreachable, the useful next step is a different route into that store, which the profile lists, not a message to us.

For listing requests, expect us to fetch the host before we write anything. A request without a working host gets a short reply saying so, and the reason it failed, which is usually a 403 to datacentre addresses or a password-gated album.

Do you accept guest posts or paid placements?

No. There is no sponsored article, no paid profile and no link sale on this domain. The single commercial relationship is disclosed on the affiliate page and does not affect which storefronts get a profile.

Can you check whether a store I was sent is real?

Paste the host into the album link checker and it parses the structure against the 161 hosts we audited. Send us the host too if the result is ambiguous; a wrong reply costs us nothing and saves you an order.

I am the operator of a listed store. How do I get a change?

The same route as everyone else: email with the host string and what has changed. Being the operator does not buy you a faster queue or softer wording, and it does not entitle you to removal of a factual measurement.

Will you remove my listing?

We will mark a store delisted when it stops resolving, and we will correct anything measured wrongly. A request to delete a factual profile of a public storefront is declined, with the reason stated.
