Terms of use: what this site is for, and what it is not
yupoo.rest publishes measurements of public web pages and advice about buying from them. That sentence is the boundary of what we offer. Read the accuracy window and the reuse rules before you quote anything here, and read the trademark clause before you order anything.
An information service, nothing more
This domain is an index and a library of guides. It is not a marketplace, a broker, a shipping agent, an escrow service or a shop. There is no checkout, we take no payment, we hold no goods, we place no orders on your behalf and we forward no money to any supplier. When you buy from a storefront described here, the contract is exclusively between you and that store, or you and your agent.
We do not guarantee any seller listed. A profile is a description of a page, written from what the page publishes. “Verified” in our wording means fetched and measured on the stated date under the method set out on the methodology page. It does not mean vetted, approved, insured or recommended, and no sentence on this site should be read as advice to spend money with anybody.
The accuracy window
Every figure here was measured on the date stated on the page. Hosts change status, folders get renamed, contact numbers get retired and whole storefronts vanish between audits: in the most recent sweep, 48 of 161 audited hosts returned HTTP 404 to us. So treat a profile as a dated observation, not a warranty, and re-check the host before you act on it. The link checker and the data table exist for exactly that.
Prices quoted from an album title are transcriptions of what the store printed. Response times, page weights and image counts are one fetch, from one network path, through a proxy. Search positions come from Bing’s English index, because Google blocks scripted capture, and we say so on every page that uses that data. Where we are wrong, the correction policy explains how it gets fixed and logged.
Trademarks, and whose risk it is
Brand names appear in this index because they appear in the catalogues we are describing: an album folder called “Tech Fleece suits” or a product row naming a sneaker silhouette. Those marks belong to their owners. Reproducing a name to describe a listing is not a claim that the goods are authentic, licensed, or lawful for you to buy, import or resell, and it is not an endorsement of the seller by the mark’s owner or by us.
We do not advise purchasing counterfeit goods. Where a catalogue carries a trademarked item, the legal exposure of ordering it is yours alone: customs seizure in your jurisdiction, platform takedowns, civil liability and the practical risk of paying for something you may not keep are all yours. Check the rules where you live and where the parcel lands before you commit money, and take advice rather than our word for it, because we are not qualified to give any. If you hold rights in a mark and believe a page here misdescribes it, write to editorial@yupoo.rest and we will correct what is inaccurate.
Nothing on this site is a subsidy, an inducement or a referral offer, and no page states what you could save or earn. The only outbound commercial link is disclosed on the sponsorship page.
Linking and reuse
- Link to us
- Welcome, and no permission needed. Deep links to a profile, a guide or the data table are how this index is meant to be used. If you link, keep the URL stable: paths end with a slash and do not change when we re-audit.
- Cite a number
- Quote it with the audit date and a link back to the page it came from. “Koala’s first screen ships 1,180 images” is fine; “Koala ships 1,180 images” without a date is the kind of claim that goes stale and gets blamed on us.
- Reproduce a page
- Short excerpts with attribution are fine. Wholesale republication of the data table, mirroring the seller profiles as your own directory, or scraping the set to rebuild a competing index is not permitted without written agreement.
- Reuse in training data
- Ask first, at the editorial address. Machine-readable copies of the site map exist at /llms.txt and /sitemap.xml for retrieval and navigation, which is different from taking the whole dataset.
- Use our images
- Product photography on this site belongs to the listing partner and links back to their pages. Do not lift it. Screenshots or quoted folder text from a storefront is used to describe that storefront and stays tied to that purpose.
Text on this site is original to us unless it is quoting a storefront about itself. The measurement files are our compilation; the underlying facts about a supplier are public, and you are free to go and check them yourself.
Liability, availability and governing law
The site is provided as it is. To the widest extent the law allows, we accept no liability for losses arising from use of this index, including money paid to a supplier, goods that never arrive, a parcel held at customs, an account or device blocked by a third-party platform, reliance on a measurement that has since changed, or any decision taken because a page here described a storefront favourably or unfavourably. If a page is wrong and you acted on it, our obligation is to correct the page, which we do on the weekly pass.
We may change, restructure or retire pages, and a static build means a stale copy may reach you from a cache. We do not promise uptime, and we are not obliged to keep any particular page available, though we will not delete a profile to make an uncomfortable fact disappear.
These terms are governed by the law of the operator’s jurisdiction, and any question about them goes first to editorial@yupoo.rest, because a conversation is cheaper for both of us than a filing. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for anything wilful.
Terms questions
If a supplier never replies to me, is that your problem?
No, and this is the point of the accuracy window. We record what a storefront published about itself on a given date. What happens in a chat after you click is between you and that store, or you and your agent. Nobody on this site takes payment for your order, so nobody here can refund it.
Can you remove a storefront from the index?
We mark a store delisted when every host we hold stops resolving, and we correct anything measured wrongly. Removal of an accurate profile of a public page is declined with a reason. Trademark owners and store operators use the same route: editorial@yupoo.rest, with evidence.
